敏感肌膚:舒緩秘訣

肌膚容易緊繃、刺痛、痕癢、出斑? 毫無疑問,這就是敏感肌膚! 無論是乾性肌膚、熟齡肌膚、油性肌膚…… 總會有敏感的時刻。
肌膚變得敏感或容易紅腫時,說明肌膚的保護屏障已經失效,珍貴的水分正在流失。所有護膚品似乎都沒有用,只能眼睜睜地看着一旁的面霜,而臉部在變紅,癢得要命。無論做甚麼,都別浪費您的精華! 修復、保護及舒緩肌膚的方法多不勝數。  嘗試以下的簡單技巧,令肌膚舒適柔軟:避免使用硬水、切勿讓肌膚承受溫度驟變、遠離二手煙與酒精、暫停使用磨砂產品、勤用防曬產品、注意精油成分、忌食辛辣食物,以及避免使用含有佛手柑、檀香或薰衣草等刺激成分的香水。  一旦排除了可能對敏感肌膚帶來傷害的誘因後,下一步就是鎮靜並舒緩肌膚。選擇含有蘆薈、燕麥及橄欖油等舒緩成分的護膚品。  日常護膚程序選擇無香料、乳狀質地的保濕霜(冷霜是很好的選擇)。早上使用質地輕盈的產品,晚上使用質地豐潤的產品,幫助修復肌膚表皮層。至於化妝品,可選擇專為敏感肌膚而設的產品。
