6個消除眼袋的貼士:

- 起床後,空腹喝一杯用一個檸檬浸泡的溫水。這種柑橘類水果以排毒功效而著稱,有助排出積聚在眼睛下方的液體,從而減輕眼袋。
- 眼周是臉上非常敏感的部位,很容易缺水,可選擇具有清涼效果且不油膩的啫喱配方,以免進入眼睛。啫喱可以撫平眼部下方因缺水而產生的皺紋,以消除眼袋。每天早上以輕拍的方式於眼周塗抹,亦可以在晚上使用,並配以輕柔的按摩動作協助肌膚排毒。
- 選擇帶有金屬的塗抹工具或按摩棒,因為金屬的清涼表面可以減輕肌膚充血的情況,其形狀亦可完美貼合包括淚溝在內的眼部輪廓。這是忙碌早晨的理想之選。
- 晚上,用泡沫洗面啫喱,或遇水乳化的新一代卸妝油卸妝。這些產品可以去除殘留的化妝品和色素,其柔滑質地對肌膚也十分溫和。另外還有一個好處,使用金屬塗抹工具意味着您可以按摩肌膚,消除眼袋。
