肌膚乾燥難忍,怎麼辦?

去角質

第一步,每週使用一次或兩次磨砂產品,去除肌膚表面的死皮細胞。選用質地細膩的磨砂產品,以免傷害脆弱的臉部肌膚,較粗顆粒的磨砂產品則用於去除身體角質。如果肌膚表皮過於乾燥而變得很硬,可以在淋浴前先將磨砂產品塗抹於乾燥的肌膚上。但是,如果您的肌膚比較敏感,則需在將磨砂產品塗抹於濕潤的肌膚上。別忘記全身每個部位都需要去角質。輕輕摩擦嬌嫩的部位(胸部、腹部),在較粗糙的部位(膝蓋,手肘等)則用較大的力度。

保護和強化肌膚

熱水澡也許是一種享受,但實際上對肌膚不好,特別是在寒冷的冬天。沐浴時應該使用溫水,以保護肌膚的水脂膜,特別是腿部,因為這個部位的肌膚很薄,較容易變得乾燥。肥皂與沐浴露可能會刺激肌膚,應盡量避免使用:可多使用滋潤的沐浴油。沐浴後應印乾身體,保持肌膚乾爽。不要用力摩擦,否則會進一步損害肌膚的天然屏障。用潔顏卸妝水洗面,其質地柔和,可為肌膚帶來舒適享受!

滋養肌膚,重拾健康

塗抹滋潤的保濕霜,令肌膚水潤豐盈。如果肌膚真的很乾,請選擇含有精油的產品。晚上,塗抹冷霜(而不是普通的保濕霜),這有助修復水脂膜。您也可以塗抹睡眠面膜,於睡眠時間深層滋養肌膚。這樣,肌膚就會變得順滑水潤,觸感柔嫩! 最後,使用滋養身體乳霜、潤脣膏或乾性油,深層滋潤身體肌膚。
