為肌膚補水:不同膚質的保濕對策

如果只能選擇一種保養肌膚的方式,那一定是保濕。保濕能夠令肌膚更年輕,但不同膚質的保濕方法卻不盡相同。

不同膚質的保濕對策

無論是任何膚質,肌膚時刻都需要補充水分,飲品、水果、蔬菜和保濕霜都是水分的來源。缺乏水分可能會導致肌膚脫水,帶來繃緊痕癢的感覺,膚質變得粗糙,膚色也有可能變得暗沉,甚至出現細紋。淋浴(特別是使用硬水)、寒冷或大風的天氣、污染和吸煙都可能會對肌膚造成傷害,而乳霜、面膜和精華等保濕產品則能夠鎖住水分,令肌膚重拾平衡狀態。蘊含保濕成分的保濕霜能夠強化肌膚的天然保水力,預防出現脫水和乾燥等問題。

  • 中性肌膚:由於表皮達到水油平衡的狀態,因此肌膚顯得柔滑,肌理平整,而且不會面泛油光。中性肌膚一般沒有太強的不適感,所以需要質地適中的保濕產品。- 混合性肌膚:最難保養的膚質。這種膚質的T字位會分泌過多油脂,引致肌理不平整和毛孔粗大等問題,但面頰屬中性膚質。建議在早上選擇輕盈無負擔的乳液,而晚上則使用能夠抑制油光的保濕產品,保持肌膚油脂平衡。- 油性肌膚:容易出現瑕疵;與一般人的想法相反,油性肌膚很容易脫水。早上使用抑制油光的保濕霜或改善瑕疵的護膚品,晚上則使用修護保濕霜。 
  • 乾性和敏感肌膚:缺乏油脂,非常需要養分,而且常會感到繃緊、缺乏光澤。建議早上使用具有防護功效的保濕霜,以舒緩肌膚的不適,晚上則使用較滋潤的乳霜。 
  • 熟齡肌:薄弱、容易出現色斑,對外在環境的抵禦力較低,肌膚不再緊緻和有彈力,而且缺乏光澤。不妨在早上使用具有防護功效的抗衰老保濕霜; 晚上則在臉部、頸部與胸前輕輕塗抹具有賦活功效的抗衰老產品。
