太陽是我們的頭號友敵…… 陽光幫助我們在白天保持精神，調節生理時鐘，讓我們在夜晚安然入睡。當然還能強健我們的骨骼。可是陽光也有另一面。太陽雖然可以讓肌膚擁有迷人的古銅色，但也可能會嚴重損害肌膚。

慶幸的是，經過皮膚科醫生的提醒，UVA和UVB的有害影響已經深入人心。UVA會引起皺紋，令肌膚鬆弛。UVB會炙烤並灼傷肌膚。近年，研究員已開始研究肌膚與整個太陽光譜間的關係。事實證明，90%的太陽光譜屬於紅外線和可見光的範圍。其他射線會改變彈性蛋白和骨膠原纖維，加速肌膚衰老。

這些射線包括我們使用電子設備時螢幕發出的藍光。幸好，美容界不斷研發各種護膚產品，保護我們的肌膚不受各種輻射的侵害。在享受春回大地的溫暖時，別忘了大多數肌膚損傷都源於UVA，生活在都市的話更尤其如此。為甚麼？ 因為曝露在污染的環境中會加速肌膚衰老、增加敏感和提高瑕疵出現的機率。那麼有甚麼建議呢？ 不要等到放假才使用防曬產品。當春天來臨，就算是坐在戶外喝咖啡，也需要防曬產品的保護。您的肌膚會因此感謝您的！ Ariane Goldet
