甚麼是敏感肌?

首先,肌膚受刺激、瘙癢,與過敏反應是兩種不同的肌膚問題。肌膚受刺激通常由炎症反應或因肌膚天然屏障受破壞而引起。後果是甚麼? 敏感肌將明顯感到緊繃、長粉刺或瘙癢。一般來說,臉部首當其衝感到不適,眼周、眼瞼會變得越來越糟。雙手亦無法倖免:手背受刺激,變得紅腫、發癢,手掌和手指則變得粗糙或破裂。至於整個身體,肌膚會出現乾燥、乾裂甚至脫皮等現象。

如何鎮定敏感肌?

首先,趕緊停用造成肌膚問題的產品。使用中性pH值的潔面乳或溫泉水清潔臉部,並使用專為敏感肌而設的保濕霜,內含舒緩、鎮靜和癒合肌膚的活性成分。如果眼瞼有灼熱刺痛感,在刺激消失前應盡量避免化妝。使用滋養鎮定的沐浴露、無皂潔膚液或溫和活性香皂來清洗肌膚。然後使用舒緩的冷霜型身體乳液。

如何拯救肌膚狀態?

無論是身體還是臉部,都應選擇簡單的配方:無皂、低過敏性的產品,不含香精、色素、對羥基苯甲酸酯或不利於緩解肌膚刺激的元素。避免使用皮質類固醇面霜,因為這類產品只能暫時舒緩而不能深層對抗刺激。另外,緊記使用含SPF的防曬霜或BB霜來保護肌膚免受陽光的影響。
