20歲:避免曬傷

能在花園悠閒地曬曬太陽確實很寫意,但這樣做卻會帶來曬傷的風險。「不當」曝曬(指在沒有防曬保護下,在上午11點到下午4點之間曬太陽)不但會將肌膚曬成番茄紅色(由UVB造成),還會引起因UVA照射而導致的長遠肌膚問題(陽光衰老、敏感和色斑等)。因此,每兩小時補塗一次防曬十分重要,並且要使用適合肌膚類型的防曬霜,這樣就能保護肌膚。除了遮蓋肌膚之外,您還要避免在最危險的時段曬太陽。

30歲:預防幼紋和皺紋

40歲:避免出現深度皺紋

50歲:阻止色斑形成
