在肌膚上使用精油的美容秘訣

只有幾種精油可直接用於肌膚上。大部分精油需要混合基底油使用,例如摩洛哥堅果油、橄欖油、荷荷巴油,避免刺激或灼傷皮膚。遇上蚊叮蟲咬和頭痛,以滾動方式將精油塗在特定區域,即可舒緩痕癢與痛楚。不過,必須避免精油接觸到眼睛、黏膜、鼻子和耳道。

服用精油

舒緩消化不良、提升免疫力、減輕暈車不適…… 口服精油效果顯著。但要再次提醒一下,部分精油含有毒素,絕對不能吞服,如果您不太肯定,請向醫生查詢。至於能口服的精油,可混合一茶匙蜜糖服用,也可在麵包或糖塊上灑上幾滴精油。

精油沐浴

有些精油具有放鬆與舒緩功效,像是香橙、洋甘菊、薰衣草、墨角蘭…… 這些精油有助於在忙碌的一天、運動過後,或筋疲力盡時放鬆身心! 它有何壞處? 精油不溶於水,會浮在水面上,可能會刺激皮膚。因此,精油需要與中性基底沐浴產品混合(藥房或精油供應商有售),然後在放水沐浴時倒在水中。

精油嗅吸或擴香

吸聞精油可舒緩支氣管炎、結膜炎和感冒,而使用精油香薰爐可淨化室內空氣,讓空氣帶有芳香。但是,不要使用放久了的精油,避免刺激氣管。不要吸聞肉桂油、龍蒿油、丁香油、薄荷桉油、鼠尾草油、薄荷油、艾草油或雪松油。 注意:孕婦、哺乳女性及未滿七歲的兒童不應使用精油,計劃外出曬太陽時也不應使用。如果您是過敏體質,請諮詢藥劑師或醫生的意見。
