肌膚暗啞的原因

肌膚暗啞與細胞再生速度減慢和骨膠原減少息息相關,肌膚不再折射光芒,逐漸失去其原有的光彩。但是尋找肌膚暗啞的根源就像大海撈針一樣艱難。首先,身體沒有令肌膚變得灰白的傾向,所有的表皮都可能會受到影響。其次,造成肌膚暗啞的原因繁多:污染、吸煙、脫水、壓力、疲勞、營養太豐富、紫外線、荷爾蒙變化、缺乏運動等。逐一解決這些問題比較困難,但是適當地護理肌膚,並選擇合適的化妝品,就可以讓肌膚恢復光澤。

重煥肌膚光采的護膚程序

化妝可以賦予肌膚光彩

如要重煥肌膚光澤,建議您使用妝前底霜,令肌膚更加光滑柔軟,妝容更加持久,並為臉上添上迷人光采。妝前底霜最適合在乳霜之後、粉底之前使用,不過忙碌的人可能比較喜歡將妝前底霜和底妝混合使用。上底妝之後,在掃上胭脂或修容粉前,可以在臉部以下部位印上高光粉(使用比自然膚色淺一點的色調):前額、顴骨、鼻尖、下巴、外眼角等。這些不同的部位能夠捕捉和折射光線,締造光滑、明亮和光澤的肌膚。
