既是朋友,也是敵人——陽光

一邊享受日光浴,一邊展現美麗的古銅肌膚,好不愜意…… 但請注意,陽光並非如您想像中是肌膚的好朋友。UVA和UVB紫外線會對未受保護的肌膚造成嚴重傷害。
陽光對我們的健康而言是不可缺少的。陽光可以強化骨骼、保持肌膚健康、調整生理時鐘,並令人心情更開朗。休閒的夏日誰人不愛?在露天地方享用午餐、在郊外散步、在花園懶洋洋地曬太陽……   然而,陽光並非時刻都是我們的朋友。不論我們的年齡或身在何處,陽光都會不斷傷害肌膚,令我們面臨曬傷、老人斑、肌膚老化、皺紋、脫水,甚至癌症的風險。我們知道基本的防曬原則——避免在正午12時至下午4時在陽光下暴露肌膚,並應該戴上帽子和太陽眼鏡,不宜在陽光下久留。  最重要的是,一定要使用適合自己膚質的防曬產品。防曬油、防曬霜、防曬噴霧、防曬乳……無論是甚麼質地,關鍵是要時刻保護肌膚。您也可以使用具有SPF防曬功效的保濕霜或BB霜,在整個夏天好好保護您的肌膚!
