老化的原因

真皮層位於表皮層(抵禦有害因子的肌膚屏障)之下。真皮層的厚度是表皮層的四倍,由彈性蛋白、膠原蛋白與蛋白質組成,是賦予肌膚緊緻彈性的防護層。隨着年齡增長,以及更年期導致雌激素減少,膠原蛋白生成速度減慢,臉部輪廓開始改變。肌膚變得脆弱、鬆弛、失去彈性,細紋與皺紋加深。

臉部肌肉運動

臉部有50多塊肌肉。隨着年齡增長,這些肌肉會日漸鬆弛。臉部肌肉運動能夠促進血液及水循環,促進透明質酸的自然合成,令肌肉更加緊實。動一動唇部及臉部肌肉運動來發出特定聲音:抬頭看着天花板並說「啊」,噘起雙唇並做出飛吻的口型,邊咧嘴笑邊說「咿」、瞪大眼睛並說「噢」。最後,盡量緊鎖眉頭,並用誇張的口型說出英文字母「U」。在鏡子前重複5次,每個口型維持5秒。
